Internal Spotlight Magazine
The existing internal magazine has been in the business for years but focused on content provided by the top management. Consulting with staff at different levels I changed the emphasis of the magazine to include a broader range of content from best practice and successes to personnel achievements in essence to be for the employees and about employees.
Using my graphic skills I improved the look and feel of the magazine and working with suppliers reduced the production cost.
Please download the magazine and explore it for yourself.

Share with...
The 'Share with...' e-letter platforms captured a range of organisation and employee news such as best practice, achievements, lessons learned. These could be suggested by all levels of the business and would be distributed ad-hoc to the relevant business units. Share with news was captured in a templatised format to ensure a consistent and clear look no matter what the subject.
These e-shots become very popular as they allowed for instant exchange of news to all levels of employees, even in printed form on remote construction sites and on a monthly basis were aggregated as general news which could then be used in the internal magazine.

App
A highlight of my impact on internal communication was the development of an app which not only improved internal relations and the way of sharing information but also to engage customers as a point of resource.
Internally it allowed information sharing, eventually replacing an e-letter platform. It also provided a platform for employees to escalate concerns to high management skipping the direct management level. Amongst other features were:

- submission of health & safety reports from site visits
- replacement of the Inspire submission process
- an organogram allowing to find the right point of contact
- a source of updated documents, videos and approved files
